Create a Bootable USB Ghost Pendrive, for Backup images

I made most of the job for you so you only need to download the image and restore over the Pendrive. The other possibility is to make it by yourself starting with boot cdroms or in fact primitive boot diskettes, that's how I made it.

Download USB Ghost Image (32MB) and read the following steps.

In order to restore this image in the pendrive I invite you to read previous article to do it, just less than 5 min. So take a look here: Make Very Fast copies with WinHex

Then you need to select GhostDisk Image as source and your PenDrive physical disk as destination. It's important to select physical not logical because it'll restore boot sectors. If you select logical it wouldn't boot.

Secure extract and now it's ready.

Well a final step is optional, as you can see in the disk administrator there is only 31Mb of disk usage in your USB Pen Drive so you would like to extend it in order to use the rest of the space. I think that the easy way is to create another partition and left the 1st without changes. So create a new one in the unpartitioned space and format it with Disk Administrator from the same window.  Then it will assign you another drive letter.

So at the end you will see something like this. Use Backup manager
